dakota digital guages???

dakota digital guages???
Has anyone put these gauges in a 84 berlinetta. What do I have to do install these. What i mean is it easy ( cut some wires and plug them in there spot).

If your Berli has the analog dash, it's not hard to install one of these, I'm not familiar with the stock digital dash harness. I had them make one for my '92 RS several years ago, which cost quite a bit more. Basically, just use T-taps to splice into the stock harness behind the gauge cluster (this leaves the stock harness intact) and run those to the Dakota Digital CPU which needs to be mounted under dash somewhere close. A ribbon cable connects the cluster to the CPU. The hard part is figuring out which signal wire activates what light or gauge.

All you have to do is request it when you order them. I ordered mine with 177K.
