4th gen Power Seats in a 3rd gen, need assistance plz

Ok I bought full leather power seats out of a 4th Gen trans am and I need to know if theres anything at the end of the wires that lead from the air pumps on the bottom of the seats to the fuse box..... like a special link or something.... I cut the wires right before the fuse box but the back of the fuse box was out of sight so I can not tell if there are special connectors I need to put in my 3rd gen. Where I snipped them was after the fusable link and the one wire split into 2 wires.... I will post pics of the harness if it will help.

Ps. The seats are beautiful and look brand new and at a price of $350 I could not pass them up!!

My 3rd gen came with power seats so I just swapped the 3rd gen connector onto the 4th gen seats. However, if you don't have power seats to begin with, you will have to wire the 4th gen seats to battery power through a 30A breaker or fuse. This should come directly from the battery so you don't overload another circuit. The seats pull alot of juice and you will quickly realize why they have their own circuit. The factory uses 30A circuit breakers so that would be the way to go.

There will be an empty slot on your fuse box that has BAT next to it - a standard male spade connector fits right in there, then do an inline 30amp fuse. Ground just run a wire under the seat and ground to the body - I drilled a small hole in the seat belt retractor by the door and screwed a screw in there with a ground.

ok I guess what i am really worried about is why does the 2 wires run from the fuse box to a fusible link and then from the link they turn into 1 wire.....and the 1 wire goes to the seat. I am not an electrician master but I have a novice understanding that you would want 2 wires from the seat to one wire goin to the fuse box.

Other than that I just soulder/splice those 2 wires into 1 spade connector and connect that into the fuse box next to the fuse indicating "BATT" ?

I have no clue on these 2 wires into one, maybe post a pic so we can see. I'm unfamiliar with the bird seats that have pass power lumbar stuff as well, but maybe seeing a pic of these wires will help.
