New Steering Wheel Options
As I'm buttoning up my column (with no spring for the lockpin
) I'm thinking "Hell, I'll be back in here soon anyways, I might as well install a new wheel when I am"
I like the Grant styling for the most part, but do not want chrome. I'd like to stay all black, like a MOMO wheel or something, to match the car more. Anybody have some all black wheels they can post pictures of? Suggestions? If Grant had an all black wheel that would be great, I'd like to stick with something with more of a "muscle car" reputation, lol

Check out grants website, they offer pretty much all models of their wheels in black.

So I can pick any wheel they list, and the only thing I have to worry about is ordering the right install kit, correct? Do all of you buy them online? I was kind of hoping to get one locally and have it done today

Most auto parts stores will carry a limited line of grant wheels. You might luck out and find a blacked out model you like. Just make sure you grab the right install kit.

Re: New Steering Wheel Options
If you're looking for something on the higher-end of the Grant line, take a look at their Collector's Edition Signature series wheels. They have polished aluminum spokes (not chrome), and come with a leather grip instead of the cheap vinyl of their regular line. I also added a billet horn & horn ring, which really changed the look of the wheel.
Maybe someday I'll get a current interior picture uploaded that shows it.
