I have never heard of pmd seats, that being said i was offered a complete set of pmd seats for $200. there are black and have a red firebird logo on the head rest part, there is only a small tear on the drivers seats, is this a good deal? what cars were they offered on? and how many had them?

 

I don't know what the going price is for a restored set is? They came in the early production Firebirds. I paid a 100 for mine and they were trashed. Put another 600 into them.

if you can find the right collector, they can definitely be worth a few dollars. they are less common than the other styles for these cars and if someone's looking to do a Knight Rider setup, they're gonna be needing the PMDs

I sold 2 fronts that were maroon colored and in pretty decent shape for $200.

 

thanks i didnt know they were used on night rider, its good to know that i dont know if black seats would look good in my car.

 

I was able to polish up the emblems pretty easy with my buff wheel. I would not go as far as to say i can restor them, but I have had good luck at making them look nice.
