My car has power locks. When i push the lock button it does not pull the lock into the lock position. If I lock it by hand, the unlock button will unlock it but i have to push it about 4 times. Are the acuators on the locks worn out or is there an easy way to replace them??

 

The common culprit is 20+ years of dirt/grime. Often a thorough cleaning with something like WD-40, then a shot or two of white grease will eliminate the problem. While you're in the door, you might consider some of the following ideas:

cleaned it all up with wd-40 and then lubed it up good with white lithium grease. Everything work like new now!! Thanks!!
