Here's the Plan.

I got a brilliant Idea for my Interior and it's Cheap for being a New interior. Recently i obtained and installed front seats from a '95 Camaro. Good thing too. Right after i did, they Crushed that car. I was going to go back for the Back seat, but that's not possible now. Is the back seat EXACTLY the same? Here's my Proposal:

My Car is Red, so my Interior will be Black AND Red.

Look at the Red and black seats in this pic

I could use some Red Door Panels with Black handles.

All the Plastic Trim will be Black and the Carpet will be Black.

If the Back seats are exactly the same, i can just order that upholstry kit and go to town. Otherwise, i need to see if i can find a back seat out of a 93-96 Camaro. It shouldn't be hard though.

This is exactly my car atm. Everything black except for red seats and red door panels but with black handles.

I'll take a few pics tomorrow for ya so you can get an idea. Even though my seats are stock and trashed, about to replace them though.

Since I sell the same seat covers, I'm familiar with special orders, etc. You can order a set that consists of the front covers made to fit the 95 seats, with the rear covers made to fit your factory rear seats. That way, you'll get a perfect fit. The rear seats are slightly different between the 95 and your car, so although the 95 covers will fit the older rear seat, it won't be quite right, especially on the bottom pieces. You're better off ordering the hybrid set. Feel free to PM me if you want more info.

Re: Here's the Plan.

Thank YOU! I'm not ready to pony up for some covers yet, but i will in the near future. Actually, I was wanting a Re-upholstery kit. I'm looking for something that uses Hog Rings and that you have to remove the old Upholstery first. The FIRST thing i should do though is Replace the Carpet. Should i wait until the Car is painted to do the Interior?

Re: Here's the Plan.

The seat covers that I'm referring to are a re-upholstery kit. They replace the fabric that's currently on the seats. They come with the hog rings, pliers, and installation instructions.

Whether or not you wait until the car is painted is up to you. When the car gets painted, the door openings will be masked off anyway, so the interior shouldn't be effected.
