Passenger's side foot area light
My '91 GTA does not have a light in the foot area on the passenger's side of the car. When I had an '88 Formula, there was a light in the kick panel. I asked 92GTA about his car and he said his did not have one either. Did they not put lights in the foot area on the '91/92s? Is this isolated to just the Firebird side of the house?

Re: Passenger's side foot area light
Thanks James. That was an interesting read. They were more concerned with the hush panels, which my car does have. I'll have to take a look and see if maybe that light socket is wedged up in the panel as a couple people had suggested. Just curious if any other '91/92 'Birds were missing that light as well.

MY 84 Z only has a hush panel on the right side with the light in the middle of it.
No floor light or hush panel on the left.

Re: Passenger's side foot area light
My 91 has the panel and I had already noticed the hole for the light. No light to be found anywhere. I was wondering myself.
Obviously with all the other problems the car has I did not worry about it. I put it on a very back burner but now feel it did not have that option. That problem fixed, did not have it not going to add it, don't care about it.

91-92 Firebirds don't have courtesy lights under the dash. The passengers side trim panel has the provision to hold the bulb since it's the same as earlier Firebirds, but it doesn't have the white bulb cover. The drivers side panel doesn't even have provisions for the light. It's easy enough if you want to add them, but that's another topic.
