Bolt on? There are no bolts involved. The origianl headliners have clips. Aftermarket headliners do not. Have you tried; http://www.camarocentral.com or http://www.classicindustries.com ? Surely, you can find a 3rd gen head liner for around $200 unless, you also need the sail panels? BTW, those dont have bolts either
Good luck

The cheapest and best you will get close to redoing it yourself or finding a good parts vehicle.

If looking cheap cheap, I'd scour the local JY's for one in decent shape, glass it for strength, and recover it myself - ought to get out for under $100 that way.
My next time recovering I'm gonna glass mine up some for added stability. I just get a nice fabric and do mine with spray adhesive - current one has been 5 years in the sun with no issues.

If you have the original headliner board its crazy simple to recover the board with new fabric I did mine for a total of 50 bucks including supplies and It's held up great out in 100 degree weather no sagging or anything.

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/inte...rial-many.html This is the thread I used to help me recover my headliner. I have pictures there of my end result. I even did my sail panels and sun visors with the extra fabric.

Re: bolt on headliner?
Since my headliner's in good physical shape, I plan on just glassing and recovering like others have recommended. If you're looking to go with stock type material, we do offer the scrape and cover kit. Keep in mind this stuff can be a bit tricky to stretch around all the curves of the t-top headliners
