anyone know of any good plug and play or simple adapter aftermarket radios? my original radio wont play cassettes minus the adapter for my ipod, and is stuck on a latio

I just bought a beautiful used radio out of a 99 Grand Am for $20. CD player and 7 band equalizer. Harness plugged right in, even the power connection.

you're slightly limited on your plug and play options, as the 82 uses the old gm harness, but that can be fixed pretty easily with something like this:

as eseibel67 mentioned, other newer stock decks will do you pretty well with little work (usually have to trim the mounting ears). I'm using a 97 Grand Prix radio in mine
