black spring like thing in steering assembly?

Hey all,

So I had to replace the highbeam switch in my 84. I got it all down only to realize the lever had just slipped and the switch was fine. So as I was about to piece it back to gether, this little black folded piece if metal fell out. It's like a contact spring or what not. (I'm going to try to post up pictures of the piece and how far I have the assembly down, but I'm on my phone rightnow so it may not let me) But anyway... I was wondering if anyone has had this happen and knew exactly where it went and could describe where it went or circle in the picture where it went. I know this is a vague question but I really appriciate any help...

I think you're talking about the contact spring that makes the buzzer go off when you leave the key in and open the door. It just sticks in right under the key switch. Don't have any pics but will attempt to find something. Perhaps someone else has a good pic or much better explanation.
Is this the thing you're talking about?
