Camaro / Firebird SHifter Differences?
Are there any differences between the automatic shifters between camaros and firebirds?
What about between years? I am looking for a shifter, and I may go to a junk yard to get one, but I want to see if I could use a firebird shifter If I can't come across a camaro shifter.

ive been wondering this as well since i like the firebirds more then the camaros, obviously i got a camaro.

i would assume the mechanical workings and electrics are the same, just different *****.
if any are different, i would think that possibly the 82-84's would be, but im just guessing here.
