Hopefully someone can help. I recently purchased these rear seat belts off of ebay. They were listed as fitting 1986 to 1992 model camaros. They bolted in my 1991 with slight modification of the bracket they mount to but I cant seem to get my plastic trim piece back on as these are alot taller than my stock ones. Would appreciate any info, thanks.

 

They look like they would be convertible rear seat belts. I say that because of the way the belt comes out of the retractor. I don't really know what the convertible seat belts look like though.

 

They look exactly like the seatbelts out of my '90 RS...

 

The guy refunded my money and said they may be out of a newer camaro but he wasn,t sure. The mount tabs are diffrent also, mine had a T style tab in the front and these just had a straight tab that was also further back. I cut a notch with a dotco to get it to set flat but still to tall for my trim. These pics show the mount tabs and the other is my factory one on the left. Crappy pictures but you can kinda see the difference. Fourth gen seat belts maybe since the part that bolts to the seat is correct???
