4th gen seats new upholsery
Just got my seats back from the upholstery shop. Removed the gray leather and replaced with all black leather. Here are some pics.

Thanks!!!! Not sure exactly what they cost.....i paid $2300 for a new top and the leather kit altogether. That includes labor and fixing a few problems with the front seats. Overall it was well worth the $$$$$.

The seats are out of a 99....but as said earlier, all 4th gen seats are a direct bolt in.

4th gen seats FTW. Looking great!
I prefer the 93-96 style in my 87 over the 97-02 style in my 99 Z28. More comfortable with more bolster support.
The 87 is needing some new seat covers bad...I've been thinking of using 3rd gen cloth seat covers for replacement though. Will look stock, but with 4th gen support and weight savings.

I agree with you that the earlier seats hold you in better. I was origonally looking for seats out of a 4th gen TA. My brother has a 98 ws6 and his seats really hold you in place and are a bit more comfortable. But....I came across the seats cheap and couldnt pass up the deal.

My mother has a 02WS6 and the seats are NICE!
