My door glass driver is loseen, a lot of movement, i found this 2 pieces, the piece in the red circle sems loosen, like broken in the center, the second picture, that piece was on the bottom of the door, what are these pieces called? and where it should be, on the glass?

i think that is what holds the window in place...look to the left of that piece on the window and it should b the same thing...a nut goes on that to hold it in place...

 

I think factory used rivets on those, but a short nut/bolt ought to work to fix - I'd use a locknut if possible and don't tighten too tight or you'll break the glass.
