my custom LED's
hey guys i was wondering what do you think of my led lights.... i wanted to match my radio which is red and blue... got tired of the ugly dim orange lights..... you cant see it my my defrost, hatch, subwoofer gain button and fog light buttons are all red... i had to use aluminum foil all inside the gauges to get the blue lighting bright enough.. you cant see it and you would never know its there unless i tell you.... in all it took a good 3 hours from start to finish... the light near the window is my tranny temp gauge.... everyone whos in my car at night loves them and my girlfriend wants her mustang with custom leds lol...

looks good,
DId mine a couple months ago, Put blue leds under dash, and i had a bunch of bright white leds hanging around, so i used them in behind gauges, What i did to get them blue was used blue painters tape behind gauge bezel so the light reflects off the blue tape. worked for me

thats the reflection of the gauge lights lol... the gauges are much brighter than the picture shows.... my whole interior gives off a bluish color because of the lights...

i used blue led lights to give off the blue color.... then used reflective foil to enhance the light by a large amount... im not sure on a camaro but firebirds have regular white bulbs with orange "condoms" on them to give off the orange color in the gauges... if you take them off they will shine white.... im not sure on the camaro if they used this same method....
