rear hatch panel clip alternative found
Had trouble finding the square rear hatch panel retainer clips. Dealer said they had been discontinued and sold out (probably to hawks or something) and didnt want to order them online and have to wait a week. Then i thought of thses:

they are from home depot and to hold wire ties for running cable. They have a double stick backing and a hole in the center. All i did was slightly enlarge the hole with a drill, clean the area where i was to stick them, centered them up by eye and stuck them on. They seem to be holding on quite well. If they pull off overtime i figure to use the 3M trim tape on the back so they'll never move. Best of all it was $2.00 for a bag of ten

Hmmm............I bought some repro/aftermarket clips from Florida Auto Fastener
in Alta Fl. by mail. I paid $7 bucks for 10 of them shipped to my door.
Fit perfect.
BTW they are pn#370364886463
Sorry I don't have the phone # or e-mail addy..............
They are on e-bay
One thing tho............I but mine on the BACK side of the metal mount so when you
tightened the securing plastic screw they won't pull away from their mount and get
loose.

Try your dealer again with part # 20370594 qty 10 per bag!!
Don't have the bill with the exact price, but they were $5.00 - $10.00 CDN!!
Discontinued at the dealer doesn't mean they aren't still available, the dealer just needs to do a little bit of searching!!

Here they are:
Clips: http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-pcs-82-92-...item4846acdef0
Screws: http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-pcs-82-92-...item564a0c4624
Again I will mention Dorman/help no longer stocks them.
Some stores may still have some old stock in their Help section.
NO local GM dealers in my area have them either.

Re: rear hatch panel clip alternative found
Cool..................
Like i mentioned above:
Insert the white clip on the BACK side of the metal body hold mount.
That way the clip won't come loose of the mount when you tighten the screw.
Less squeeks and rattles from the plastic pieces too.
I also got a set of Help/Dorman chrome interior screws with washers and drilled
a few holes in the plastic to the body metal in key areas to tighten up the
interior side panels where they over lap each other.................
