im just about ready to tackle my interior.

one question, my seat belts are all pretty shot and they are all grey. i am making the interior on my car black how ever.

Has anyone ever used a dye, or rattle can spray on seat belts to change colors?? it seems pretty expensive to replace them just for colors sake. i do need to replace the part that the seat belt clips into since all of mine are cracked in the plastic area, so those will be black.

another thing, i have a bad rust stain on one belt and worried that the color will affect if i spray it or try to dye it...

any ideas or input would be great!!!

 

I see complete sets on ebay all the time pretty cheap (used) - I'd hunt a set down rather than trying to dye them - they are made with alot of polyester, and it doesn't dye well.

 

ive seen 4th gen, but not a full set of black ones, guess i need to keep looking, i just dont know how they bolt up and stuff.

yah thats the only pair isaw for 260 haha. and thanks convoy, but im not interested in buying yet, still have to do some other things first.
