This might have to do something to do with the interior. I cant lock people out of it

Axle/Gears: 2:73 open
This might have to do something to do with the interior. I cant lock people out of it
I totaly dont have the second key that locks/unlocks the car. AND the drivers side lock is missing. How/where do I replace both?

Buy a new set of locks and keys.
