Megashifter question
I am getting ready to build my center console and am going to use the megashifter. Does the megashifter have to be mounted at the same spot as the original shifter or can it be mounted on any flat surface.

Your best bet would be to mount it in the original location. But make sure you take your time and do it right, there are alot of stories about it no working properly when not installed properly.
