Steering wheel question

I just bought a 88 IROC today with 19,407 original miles from the second owner. All stock other than the first owner put in a chrome Grant steering wheel and never passed on the original to the second owner. I am wondering if the recovered steering wheels that Hawk sells are identical to the originals or can you tell their not factory? If you can tell their not original i am interested in a NOS or mint original wheel for my 88. Thanks

Re: Steering wheel question

I don't know if an '88 IROC wheel is the same but I have an original 1986 Z wheel that is a little beat up but. That's why I installed an aftermarket wheel. Either way my wheel is certainly not up to resto standards.
