Steering Column- What is this Part?
I'm pulling apart my steering column to try and find out why my horn isn't working.
When I finally got the lock plate off, I found that this part of the assembly was broken. It's a piece of plastic that holds some sort of metal pin.
What does this little thing do?
It is part of the horn connection?

Well I guess that explains it. What's the likelihood of fixing it without replacing the whole assembly?
