anybody know why my new wheel isnt centered??

 

hey im having the same problem i think, with the adapter i got 3196 i think, with the tires straight the steering wheel does not go on straight, it stays turned in one direction as it would be if my tires were turned..... did u find out the problem? a mechanic told me that the rack and pinion would have to be adjusted and would charge me $150 but i dnt know if hes just saying that or not to make some money.....

 

my wheel goes on straight, my problem is with the sterring coloum

 

Is your column loose? because mine would shake up and down and side to side, i had them tighten the 4 screws down in the column.... now its like new, i just dont know why my wheel wont go on straight, its weird because the stock wheel goes on straight. any ideas whats wrong on mine?

 

No my column is tight not sure what's up with mine but there another thread on here where someone had the same problem as you
