I have the original bucket seats in my 86 Camaro, they are worn out and they just need to go. The foam is all flat and they lost the shape they should be holding, as well they have a good amount of rips in them, I am looking to redo the seats and get new foam. I don't really want to be seat less while I am redoing the seats so I was wondering if any one would be able to help me out in where I would get a pattern for the stock 3rd gen bucket seats or if any one would have one handy? As well as where would you advise getting new foam for the seats?

 

Pull one from a junkyard, strip the covers off- it's easy, just cut the hog rings and they peel right off- then use that to make your patterns. Hawks sells the foam, as do some other suppliers...
