carpet removal

carpet removal

i am installing dynomat in my car, the carpet is up but those sticky pads to keep the carpet in place are a real pain to get off. ive take too up with a screw driver and its taken me about an hour. any better ideas to take them up?

Use a PLASTIC putty knife along with very littl 'goo gone' or other adhesive remover. Still Messy but much quicker.

you may also have a little more luck with a blow dryer (heat gun) to help loosen some of the adhesive. although with the age of these cars now, probably wont do too much.

also agree with the putty knife idea
