you guys know what i'm talking about. those big long black door trims with the inner window sweeps.

i'm tired of having to take the entire door panel off to do misc. repairs or adjustments from above.

has anyone come up with a modification that all your to to attach and detach just the upper trim piece?

 

alright since no one has any ideas I'm going to attempt either a magnet or velcro or some other type of way to attach and detach the upper trim panel

this way i can just take off the upper trim instead of ripping up the entire door for jobs that only require getting to the top of the door.

my car is always in project mode so i have many reasons for this mod to make my life easier at least
