blue birdy 87

Ok cars a 87 formula no vats or air bag, and im trying to replace ignition. I have the wheel off, black plastic cover off, and im staring at what looks similar to a metal gear. Right behind it I can see the mechanism for the turn signal and such. I found one of the screws to take the old cylindar out, but cant see the second one. Where do I go now? Thanks
