Can't really tell what the cable is in the other 3 pics without a shot of the end. It could be the pull-cable for the heat temperature control door, antenna cable, or any number of other things. May also be a power cable for an amplifier or something that someone added at some point.

The gray box in the last pic is the VATS module. It's SUPPOSED to be bolted to the ducting behind the center of the dash (don't know why it's zip-tied where it is).

Looks like the radio harness.
Is it factory or aftermarket? If was aftermarket maybe the PO connected it the different.

It's aftermarket. The orig. radio harness is cut up too

Where does the wire connect to, the fuse panel? Could possibly be a fuse is/was being bypassed.
