I am wanting new seat covers for my 1988 Pontiac Firebird. My color code is 72, which I understand to be Carmine. However, I can't seem to find a match. I would prefer OEM, but am open to other options.

The OEM covers on Hawks only have pleated inserts halfway on the bottom bucket front, the pleats in my seats go all the way down the front. Anyone know if they would work anyway?

Suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated!

I have pallex cloth. I found some on classics, but they are for split rear. I have a solid rear seat.

Yes, they are! Mine are solid Carmine. I emailed classics & am hoping they have a solid rear set for me. Also, the pic they sent me only have pleats partially down the seat. As someone who has changed them out, do you think it will matter?

 

Wow that looks good, I have solid carmine as well and it's a bit too much red.
