RPO D27 (rear compartment security cover). BTW, the security cover requires a different rear plastic piece as well (the piece with the cargo light). This latter has a wider lip where the cover rides. The lock also may be problematic:

for the rear security cover id have to double check on the rear plastic piecce but what are the bolts for coming out if the car didnt come with it
