Interior work in progress
so i picked up my 83 a week ago and im finally getting on the ball with cleaning up the interior.....it was pretty much trashed from the leaky t tops
it had alot of stuff spray painted white...got all new black pieces in the junkyard today also the door handle on the drivers side was snapped off...got a new one of those as well
here is the interior as of now i also replace the shifter handle with one from a stick car...the lockout botton has been removed.....the carpet looks horrible i scored this black carpet in the junkyard today for $10!!!!
and i tore the sagging (decintagrating) headliner out...gonna grab a ice black one from the junkyard maybe next week
thats where i am at now...doing the carpet tomorrow and im looking for new seats...wanna do a leather rear and these in the front...had em in my old Foxbody and loved em...steering wheel as well

Re: Interior work in progress
Good choice taking it back to stock, that white looks lousy.
Im jealous if you can find decent upholstery in your local junkyard.
My headline has looked liked yours since I bought it, cant find a decent replacement anywhere
