Nice! Any plans on reproducing any of the 82-84 Firebird stuff? I could use some console parts. I paid an arm and a leg for a new lid. The radio surrounds and shift plates are impossible to find and the ones that are out there are all cracked.

Any general idea on pricing? Hope they're not $300 like the 4th gen ones...both my cars are badly in need of one.

Awesome, I'm interested to see how these turn out. I would like to swap in a firebird center console and radio pod in my '91 Z28.

You got that right - it costs a fortune to make that very first reproduction console. After that first one, the machine can spit them out easily. Just like making Frisbees.

Unless you plan on fabricating something, I don't think that's possible. There would be no where for the pod to mount, in addition to a large hole in the dash above it.

If I had to guess your 300 is actually way low. They charge more then that for refurbs.
