Lower Seat Belt Bezel
How would you change the lower seat belt bezel down by the rocker panel? Th ebelt goes through it and i dont see how it would seperate...

Pretty sure its riveted to a bracket on the retractor. Unfortunately, I think they slip the webbing through it, assemble the retractor, then slide the cover on and rivet it in place.
SO...to get it off, I think you need to drill the rivet, disassemble the retractor, slip the webbing out, then reverse.
From experience...taking apart a retractor and getting it back together so that it is SAFE and works properly isnt the easiest thing in the world. It can be done, but its an "at your own risk" type of procedure IMO.
I always recommend swapping to 4th gen belts. Top retractor is 100% bolt in, lower mount can be made to look good. One method that I want to try is using the stock retractor covers, switching sides, and having the lower 4th gen belt come through the little square opening.
