Seat Belt Guide
Attached to the head rests is a plastic loop that is used to keep the seat belt properly positioned.
I removed the passenger side loop and cannot, for the life of me, put it back. There are two screws and I can't locate the holes. I have take off the driver side loop many times and didn't have a problem putting it back. Is there a trick to putting it back? Is it possible something inside the headrest broke?

Can't find the holes, you say? I have that problem more than I'd like to... :-p
But, I know what you're talking about- the holes are there, but sometimes the holes in your headrest material and the holes in the inner headrest will drift out of alignment with each-other. Just keep poking around. The piece is pretty solid, but if needed, you should be able to drill new holes.
And don't worry about screwing the wrong hole- you can always back it out and try again. :-D

Re: Seat Belt Guide
Use a long nail (as in wood nail), punch, allen wrench, or awl (for making holes in things like leather) and line up the holes before putting the lower screw in first.
At least the wood inside your headrest hasn't split like mine has on the driver's side
. Yes, they screw into a wood block. Apparently, anyways (never seen it myself).

Took off the upholstery on mine to find the holes - actually just a sheet metal bracket inside
