After market Steering Wheels?
hi I am new to this forum and new to cars! I bought my first car in the summer which was a 1986 Iroc camaro. Which I am fixing up and probably do my own custom work to it with my father.
Now the point of this thread I am wanting to do an after market steering wheel since mine is all old and worn out from previous owners and was wondering what you guys use/ have in your third gen cars? do you use deep dish or flat wheels also? I wanted a deep dish but then was worried about space would the deep dish come into my lap.
Also what hub adapters do I use?

There is an almost endless array of steering wheels that will fit your car. GM steering columns were pretty much all the same from 1969 through 1989. Most thirdgen owners seem to gravitate toward the super cheap looking Grant wheels, but if you spend some time looking at GM muscle cars featured in car magazines and at shows, you'll find that there are a lot of classy, tasteful wheels available, including a number of leather wrapped wheels from Grant. I currently have a Grant 1130 wheel along with a billet aluminum horn button and billet aluminum trim ring, and it makes for a very tasteful combination. In the near future I may upgrade to a Momo Champion wheel because I want the alcentara. Momo, Sparco, Lecarra, Nardi, and others have some very nice wheels. Most of them look like they'd be more at home in a Honda or a Subaru, but each has at least a few offerings that would look good in a thirdgen.
I don't have many pics of my interior with the wheel, but here are some:
