I have Power Windows on the new 1989 Iroc I bought and my driver side window... Well lets say it is just not co operating. It got stuck one day and I basically pulled it out of one of the tracks and the track fell to the bottom of the door. I can't find pictures or help anywhere to get it installed correctly, any help would be great.

 

this literally happened to me last week. one of the rollers fell off the track and the window couldnt move. if you have someone to help you it will be easy. take the door panel off and have someone hold the window. together you will have to move the window up or down and use your hand to rotate whichever arm of the regulator back on its tracks.

That's a 1986 GM,Pontiac FireBird Service Manual,everyone should own one on their particular 3rd gen,they really come in handy,you can learn a lot with one of these.
I got it on Ebay. they have them for your car also 1989 camaro,this is a disk if you don't want the 1000 page book
