So a while back I did a bit of custom work. I work a Body shop and have much access and skill to painting and preparation. For the top pad I masked and protected everything i didn't want hurt or sprayed. I just used my eyes and carefully masked it. sanded, primed, blocked, painted, then added a pinstripe to hide the edge of the paint.. for the stereo and ac piece I simply sanded, primed, blocked and sprayed.

Looks like you did a nice job on the paint, but sorry I'm not really a fan of the colored dash or bezel.
