HELP
i know this is probably the dumbest question on here but i need to know can i use my stock tachometer that works and install a aftermarket one and they will both work thanks for the help!!

I dont see why not as i have a rpm on the dash and a digital one on the pillar. No real difference between carb and fuel injected as the signal has to come from somewhere

I hooked mine up to the tach signal wire behind the cluster as i ran all aftmarket gauges but I dont see why you cant do the same. Plus if you do that you can run the wire behind the dash to the spot you want it at
