Guage on these car not working right . is this normal ?

Transmission: 700r4 ( T-56 swap soon )
Axle/Gears: What ever gear that come in 88 iroc
Guage on these car not working right . is this normal ?

Hi I think my 88 iroc z , some of the guage is not working properly, is this normal for these type of car ? for ex.. my RPM gauge it go all the way up to redline when im at like 5mph or 10mph or event at 70mph, it alway go up to redline. , any way to correct it ? or have to buy a new RPM guage ?

Yea these cars are notorious for the RPM going out, my 91 RS' rpm is broke, I just put a little rpm gauge on the pillar lol.

Ah I see . Any write up on how to hook up the rpg gauge ?

Your RPM gauge is a Tachometer or Tach for short. You can find lots of information on the repair and installation of them just by doing a quick search.

Ok I look up when I get home . I recommend on which kind I should get . I don't want the big *** looking tac . Just size that easy to see
