Window Motor Replacement 1991 Firebird
So on Firebirdnation.com a set of motors with regulators is $400.00 for both left and right doors. On eBay there are tons of different motors, some with regulators, some without, for half or even less than half of that. Question is: are the ones on eBay or the reproductions any good?
If so, anyone use a specific one that they would endorse?

I am having trouble finding the regulator at this point. Those are hard to come by at an affordable price.

I see that Classic Industries has a kit that includes everything for $289, but I am not sure if they are correct, judging from the generic picture they posted. But $289 for a set vs. $189 a piece from Firebird Central is very different. Anyone know if there is a reason for such a difference?

Is your regulator actually bad? It's usually just the motor that goes out...hence why you're having trouble finding one.

Re: Window Motor Replacement 1991 Firebird
I just made a purchase of $140 which was for two motors and two regulators and all the hardware... came from a FB with low mileage. Guaranteed by the vendor to work. I figured might as well change the motor and regulator while the shop is in there taking care of everything else...
