Can only see that image if logged into those boards. That being said those are grey leather seats from a 3rd gen from the way the pleats look on the back. I'm guessing a GTA? I was thinking the 4th gen ones had a band on them and were not pleats all the way to the top near the headrest.

This image is with them being dirty. They are cleaned and conditioned up now and are matching black in color. The camera angle with the sun and amount of dirt makes them look grey.

Re: What are these originally from?

Probably '88 or later as the rear seats have shoulder strap brackets.

Ok, that would make sense. I figured it was third gen style. Im assuming firebird or pontiac over the chevy though right?

Re: What are these originally from?

Okay, figured it out (took me a minute).

Looks like they are the base Firebird/Formula/Trans Am seats that they ran through 1992, EXCEPT they have been recovered in vinyl/leather as that seat was never available in anything other than cloth from the factory.

GTA/Ultima seats would have had the larger headrests, plastic trim on the sides, adjustable lower front cushion sections, and different patterns for the upright part of the front seats.

So your thinking that these would have to be a custom recovered set? Wow, what a lucky find im thinkin. Great input on these!

Definitely recovered. Apparently those are the "mid-grade" seats...base Firebirds and Formulas had flatter bolsters, Formulas could get these seats as an option though, but not sure if they were available on base Firebirds. These were standard on T/A's though as I had them in my 91.
