Not without work. The pre-90 clusters are mechanically driven.

Not only is the speedo in 82-89 cars mechanical, but the cluster itself is a different shape, which would mean considerable fabrication.

Wish Dakota Digital made instrument clusters for the 90 to 92 Camaros. I talked to them and they said they would custom make one but it's a lot more money than the earlier ones they have available to order. I don't know if the feel there are not enough of the later Camaros to make it profitable.
