Console Instal
Need just a tad bit of help. How does the center console attatch to the dash? Is it just two screws that go into u-nuts?? This was not assembled when I purchased the car and parts missing.

Vids don't work but I found it on youtube, guess what? He didn't show what these are for! LOL! Frustrating..... Here is a pic of the area I speak of. Has anyone pulled a screw or something out of these "Winged tabs"? There is a hole.

Yes, there are bolts that go there. The dash uses a "clip style" nut that stays in place and iirc its a standard 7mm head metric thirdgen bolt. Or you could just use a 1/4" bolt, washers, and a nut. It doesn't require much tightening to function.

Guess I will just have to use a bolt and nut. The part of the dash that the u-nut would attatch to is broken off on both sides, Just like every other mounting point on this dash! Still looking for a dash.........................................................................................
