anyone have pictures, link, or diagram to how to reassemble the ignition switch on the column and specifically the ignition switch actuator i was doing this and ran into some trouble getting the switch off went to the store to get a small driver and my bonehead brother took everything apart trying just to rip it off
. so i don't know where all the rods go he pulled the actuator and dimmer completely out

The ignition switch goes on first at top with topmost rod and have the slide in piece in it from the back (I recommend pushing it back until you get a crank with key otherwise it won't crank, long story for me lol end up replacing everything) then tighten it with the middle screw (outer most tiny screws are still out) and place the connectors wires into the ignition switch then place the dimmer switch on the ignition switch and push it back as well with rod in it and tighten it back up with the last 2 remaining screws.

If "everyone" did this it would make it so much easier to help them with their questions.
It would be nice if that were mandatory during the joining of this site.
