Door Panels off -- Make the Power Locks Work?

Door Panels off -- Make the Power Locks Work?

Hey there -- I have my door panels off and the door lock motors sound great when I click lock and/or unlock. But, as usual, the metal bars do not travel the entire path they need to to actually lock and unlock the doors. Is there a trick to fixing this?

I had the same problem. spray all the moving parts with wd 40 or PB blaster. Then clean it up the best you can. Apply some white lithium grease to every moving part. press the unlock/lock button several times and they should work. I was about to replace my actuators till I tried that. Worked out great just needed a good cleaning and lube. Let me know how it works out.
