Install a hatch release set up
The back hatch on my 84 trans am can only open with the key it was never set up with a hatch release inside is there a way to put one together

You just need to source all the components to add. Switch, solenoid and relay. Plus a new switch panel with the correct holes or cut the one you have. All the wiring should be in place behind the panels you just have to dig it out.
