I'm converting the black interior in my vert I bought it with back to the factory red interior. I know the controversy around red interiors and I see a fine line between to much red and a beautiful interior. I think the thirdgen deluxe interior in red is awesome when immaculately clean.

Now I know the pieces aren't immaculately clean in the pics but they will be for install.

The only part of the red interior I don't like is the big plastic arm rests. I was looking at my panels and realized I could take some pieces and make one just right.

What do you think?

I did the red and black myself this summer. My piping (from 87) is slightly different but I'm very happy with the new look.

 

I'm changing my interior to red and black. Originally gray. I think there's too much red and the door handle trim looks out of place on the all red panel.
