4th gen power seat wiring

Are all 4th gens wired for power seats from the factory ? My 98 camaro has manual seats and i want to put in new seats and most of the one i find are power . I understand how to wire them in but if the harness is already in place , that be perfect . Thanks

When I connect the power and ground the seat is stuck moving upward of I flip the power and ground then the seat is stud moving downwards.... Please help
