Engine: V8 305

Transmission: 700R4

4th Gen Console

Hey All,

Does a 4th gen center console fit a 3rd gen, is modification needed for it to fit.

Car: 1985 pontiac firebird t-tops

Engine: 350 with 305 heads

Transmission: t-5

Axle/Gears: 4th gen rearend with 3.23 gears

i have one and it fits but i had to take out the stock radio housing so i coud get the console in a position where the shift lever doesnt hit the console
