Seat Belt Latch Receiver
I have an 88 IROC with a driver side seat belt latch receiver that is jammed. The belt buckle will not "click" when it's inserted so I took off the button and spring and there is a whitish looking plastic piece stuck at the bottom. Any ideas on how to fix the issue or do you think I need a new latch receiver?
If I do need one, does anyone have a black one to match my interior? I don't feel like buying one on eBay for $50.
Thanks for the help!

Re: Seat Belt Latch Receiver
I bought the button repair kit on eBay and it worked great for a year, then the latch receiver jammed. I took out the button and there is another piece that is jammed. Thanks for the idea though.

Don't bother trying to repair it again!
Just head to your local pic a part yard and look for any 70s thru early 90s
GM car. Most female recievers will work. Best yet is they will be REAL metaL
and chrome with the Fisher body coach emblem release push button AND most
(out of a bucket seat car) will have nice unbroken plastic sleeves too!
You can still find OE GM camaro/bird recievers new and used on fleabay but
new is real $pendy and used may break anytime soon...............
I replaced mine with a set from a 76 Cutlass and a set from a 94 buick century
in my buds car. Cost? $10 bucks!
