The parts catalog does not list it as a separate part,only list the actuator itself.

If that piece is worn out chances are that motor wont last much longer, if you go through the trouble of getting to it, might as well replace the whole motor. Its cheap enough. I think rock auto had them for like 20 something.

That's what I thought. I did a wiring update and included in that was ditching the old power door lock relay and replacing it with a 2002 firebird/camaro Body Control Module.
I had a problem with my passenger door lock before hand in that it bearly moved. As soon as I did the update, those levers would move like they never have before. And I was going to get new door lock actuators too.
